मागील लेखात मी कुंडली विवेचन विज्ञानावर कसं आधारित आहे हे सांगायचं प्रयत्न केला. आता ग्रहांवरून वैयक्तिक आयुष्याचं भाकीत कसं केलं जातं याबद्दल माहिती घेऊ. एक गोष्ट मी इथे नमूद करते की ज्योतिष शास्त्राचं गणित यावर मला इथं फारसं लिहायचं नाही. कारण याची माहिती अनेक पुस्तकं किंवा इंटरनेट वर सहज उपलब्ध आहे. या लेखात मला ज्योतिषीय संज्ञा वैज्ञानिक दृष्टीनं काम कशा करतात यावर प्रकाश टाकायचा प्रयत्न करायचा आहे. ह्या लेखातील ज्योतिष शास्त्रीय मुद्दे हे ग्रंथांमधील आहेत आणि मी विज्ञान शाखेचीअसल्याने वैज्ञानिक विश्लेषण हे माझ्या इतक्या वर्षांच्या ज्योतिष शास्त्रावरील संशोधनावर आधारित आहे.
आधी काही मूळ मुद्दे समजून घेऊ म्हणजे कुंडलीचं विवेचन कसं करतात हे समजून घेणं सोपं होईल. कुंडली विवेचन हे मुख्यतः दोन गोष्टींवर अवलंबून असतं कुंडलीतील ग्रह आणि स्थानं. अर्थात विवेचन करताना अनेक सूक्ष्म मुद्दे असतात पण प्रारंभिक मुख्य विचार ह्या दोन गोष्टींवरून होतो.
कुंडलीतील ग्रहस्थितीचे अर्थ प्रत्येक व्यक्तीच्या वैयक्तिक आयुष्यानुसार ठरवले जातात. ज्यात त्या व्यक्तीची कौटुंबिक पार्श्वभूमी, लिंग, वय, आरोग्य, घडलेल्या घटना अशा अनेक मुद्द्यांचा विचार केला जातो. उदा: कुंडलीतील पंचम स्थान हे शिक्षणाचे स्थान आहे. या स्थानातील रवि कॉम्पुटर क्षेत्रातील शिक्षण देण्यास मदत करतो. पण केवळ पंचमात रवि आहे म्हणजे ती व्यक्ती या क्षेत्रात शिक्षण घेईलच असं नाही. त्या व्यक्तीच्या आयुष्यातील घटना, होणारे बदल, आर्थिक परिस्थिती, निर्णय घेतेवेळी असलेले चलित ग्रह अशा अनेक गोष्टींचा विचार करून निष्कर्ष काढता येईल. एक ग्रह किंवा नक्षत्र यावरून काहीही ठरत नाही. तर सर्व ग्रह, स्थानं आणि अनेक सूक्ष्म मुद्द्यांच्या आधारानेच कुंडली विवेचन करता येतं. तसंच कुंडली हि स्त्री किंवा पुरुषाची अशी वेगळी नसते तर तिचं विश्लेषण प्रत्येकाच्या आयुष्यानुसार केलं जातं.
आता कुंडलीतील जी स्थानं आहेत ती १२ च का? तर पृथ्वीला स्वतःभोवती परिक्रमा करायला अंदाजे २४ तास लागतात.
पृथ्वीच्या स्वपरिक्रमेची गती विचारात घेता दर दोन तासांनी पृथ्वीची तुलनात्मक स्थिती बदलते. यामुळे प्रत्येक ग्रहापासून तिचं अंतर, अंशात्मक कोण बदलतात. म्हणून प्रत्येक २ तासांचा १ विभाग बनवून एकूण १२ विभाग निश्चित केले गेले. यांनाच कुंडलीची १२ स्थानं म्हणतात (१२ स्थानांबद्दल मी आधी लेख लिहिले आहेत). आता ह्या १२ स्थानांचा वैज्ञानिक अर्थ काय आहे? आपण 'पिंडात ब्रह्माण्ड असतं' असं म्हणतो. वैज्ञानिक दृष्ट्या रक्तातील पेशीचा (cell) आकार अगदी ब्रह्माण्डासारखाच असतो. सूर्यासारखं असणारं केंद्र (nucleus) आणि त्याभोवती वेगवेगळी कार्य करणारे पेशीचे भाग. पुढील फोटो पाहिल्यावर याचा अर्थ लक्षात येईल.
जसं ब्रह्माण्डाचं प्रतिबिंब एका रक्तपेशीत असतं तसंच प्रत्येकाच्या आयुष्य चक्राचं प्रतिबिंब एका जन्मक्षणात असतं. ते तसं घडावं यासाठीच विधिलिखितानुसार त्या विशिष्ट वेळी जन्म होतो. कारण त्या वेळी प्रत्येक ग्रह बालकाच्या जन्म सथळापासून एका विशिष्ट अंशावर असतो. ही ग्रहस्थिती १२ बिंदूंच्या वर्तुळात बालक अवस्था ते मोक्ष अशा टप्प्यात लिहिली जाते. हे १२ बिंदू म्हणजे कुंडलीतील १२ स्थानं.
कुंडलीतील प्रत्येक स्थानात मनुष्याच्या आयुष्यातील सर्व घटनांचा क्रमाने विचार होऊन शेवटच्या स्थानात आयुष्याचं वर्तुळ पूर्ण होतं. पहिली ६ स्थानं ही मनुष्याशी एकट्याशीच संबंधित आहेत. कारण लहान वयात स्वतःला घडवणं हे महत्वाचं असतं. नंतरची ६ स्थानं ही सामाजिक आयुष्याशी निगडित असतात. उदा; प्रथम स्थान म्हणजे स्वतःचं स्थान तर द्वितीय स्थान म्हणजे कुटुंब व धन स्थान. जर कौटुंबिक व आर्थिक स्थिती चांगली असेल तर मनुष्याला आत्मविश्वास मिळतो, धडाडी असते. म्हणून यापुढील तिसरं स्थान म्हणजे पराक्रम स्थान. स्वतःला घडवताना मातेचा सहभाग खूप महत्वाचा असतो म्हणून तिचं चतुर्थ स्थान. मातेचं स्थान खरं तर आधी असायला हवं होतं असं वाटणं साहजिक आहे. पण व्यावहारिक दृष्ट्या विचार केल्यास आधीच्या ३ स्थानांची फळं पाहता आयुष्यात स्वतःचा जन्म, कुटुंब, आर्थिक स्थिती आणि यामुळे येणारा आत्मविश्वास असेल तर दुर्दैवानं मातेशिवाय (मातेचं निधन किंवा दूर राहणं) राहण्याची वेळ आली तरी मनुष्य जगू शकतो. म्हणजे या बिंदूंचा विचार किती व्यावहारिक आहे हेही निदर्शनास येतं. मी मगाशी नमूद केलं तसं बिंदूंचा उत्तरार्ध हा सामाजिक आयुष्याशी संबंधित असतो. म्हणूनच सप्तम हे विवाह स्थान आहे. कारण विवाहा नंतर सामाजिक संबंध वाढतात आणि केवळ स्वतःचा विचार करता येत नाही. यानंतर भाग्य, कर्म, लाभ अशी स्थानं येतात ज्यात समाजाचा सहभाग असतो त्याशिवाय या स्थानांची पूर्णता होत नाही. या सर्वात एक रंजक पण अतिशय विचारपूर्वक असलेलं स्थान म्हणजे अष्टम स्थान. जे मृत्यू स्थान आहे. पण हे स्थान शेवटी का नसतं? यावर माझं वैयक्तिक मत आहे की तरुण वयातील साहसी वृत्तीमुळे / कमी अनुभवामुळे घेतलेल्या चुकीच्या निर्णयांमुळे अपमृत्यु होऊ शकतो. म्हणून आयुष्याचा अर्धा भाग झाल्यावर हे स्थान येतं. आता विवाहानंतरचं स्थान हे का असेल? माझ्या मते विवाहानंतर कुंडलीतील कुयोग (दोघांची कुंडली न जुळणं), वैयक्तिक कारणं (दुःखी वैवाहिक जीवन किंवा तत्सम) अशा अनेक गोष्टींमुळे अपमृत्यु किंवा अनैसर्गिक मृत्यूचा धोका राहतो. त्यामुळे जसं लग्नात 'शुभ मंगल सावधान' म्हटलं जातं, तसंच हे शास्त्रही विवाह करताना सावधगिरी बाळगावी याची आठवण करून देतं. शिवाय मृत्यू हा केवळ शरीराचा या जन्मातला शेवटचा टप्पा आहे, आत्म्याचा नाही. म्हणून शेवटचं (१२) स्थान हे अध्यात्म, मोक्ष स्थान आहे जिथे आत्म्याची देखील पुढील पायरी उलगडली जाते. म्हणजे या जन्मासाठीचं आयुष्य चक्र इथे खऱ्या अर्थानं थांबतं. टीप: वरील स्थानं इतरही गोष्टी दर्शवतात, केवळ मुद्दा समजावून सांगण्यासाठी मी मोजके भाग निवडले आहेत याची नोंद घ्यावी.
आता उदाहरणादाखल काही कुंडल्या पाहू आणि वैयक्तिक निर्णय ग्रहांमुळे कसे घेतले जातात ते समजून घेऊ.
मगाशी मी म्हटलं तसं मंगळ हा शस्त्र,
रक्त, पोलीस खातं, सैन्य दल किंवा अशा संबंधित क्षेत्राबद्दल आवड देतो. मग आता प्रत्यक्ष एका सैन्य दलातील स्त्री अधिकाऱ्याची (Lieutenant Colonel) कुंडली पाहू. मला सर्वांना सांगायला अतिशय आनंद होतोय की ही कुंडली असलेल्या अधिकारी माझ्या नातेवाईक आहेत. आणि अभ्यासासाठी ही कुंडली त्यांनी माझ्या ब्लॉग वर देण्यासाठी हसतमुखानं होकार दिला. त्यांचे धन्यवाद मानून मी माझे मुद्दे सांगते.

या कुंडलीत मंगळ (वक्री) सप्तम स्थानी मिथुन राशीत अतिशय उत्तम स्थितीत आहे. कर्म स्थानी बुधाची कन्या रास आहे. बुध लग्नी असून मंगळाची बुधावर पूर्ण दृष्टी आहे. ग्रहांचं बलाबल पाहता यांच्या कुंडलीत सर्वात जास्त प्रभावी ग्रह मंगळ आहे. मंगळ हा शस्त्र, रक्त अशा गोष्टींचा स्वामी आहे. खगोलशास्त्रानुसार मंगळ हा अतिशय थंड हवामानाचा ग्रह असून त्यावरील पाण्याचं बर्फ झालं आहे. मंगळावर पाणी असले तरी मातीच्या कणांनी सर्व आच्छादलेलं आहे. या ग्रहावर सर्वात जास्त कार्बन डाय ऑक्साईड हा वायू असतो. आता अशा ग्रहावरून येणाऱ्या किरणांमध्ये अशा अनेक भौगोलिक घटकांमुळे असे रासायनिक गुण असतात की आताच्या भाषेत बोलायचं तर अशी कुंडली असणाऱ्या व्यक्तीला शस्त्र (वैद्यकीय उपकरणं), रक्त, पोलीस खातं, सैन्य दल किंवा अशा संबंधित क्षेत्राबद्दल आवड निर्माण होते. आता ह्यांच्या कुंडलीत कर्म स्थानावरही मंगळाची दृष्टी आहे. म्हणजे मंगळ ग्रहावरून येणारी किरणं त्यांना सैन्य दलात जाण्यासाठी भाग पाडत होती. कारण अशी कोणतीही पार्श्वभूमी नसताना त्यांनी सैन्यात दाखल होण्याचा निर्णय घेतला. जशी मंगळाची बुधावर दृष्टी आहे तशीच बुधाचीही मंगळावर दृष्टी आहे. याचं फळ म्हणजे त्या सैन्याच्या तळावर व्यूव्हरचनेत सक्रिय सहभाग घेत असत. १९९९ च्या कारगिल युद्धाच्या वेळी त्या मुख्यालयात नियुक्त झाल्या होत्या. २४ तास केवळ व्यूव्हरचना नव्हे तर सक्रियपणे संरक्षण कार्यातही त्या भाग घेत होत्या. याचा वैज्ञानिक दृष्टीनं विचार करता बुध ग्रहाच्या गाभ्यामधे इतर कोणत्याही ग्रहांपेक्षा जास्त लोखंड असतं. आणि बुध ग्रहाचा मोठा भाग सिलिकॉन पासून बनला आहे. माझ्या अभ्यासानुसार लोखंड, सिलिकॉन या दोन्ही घटकांतून आलेल्या किरणांमुळे त्या उत्तम व्यूव्हरचना करू शकल्या असाव्यात. कारण मुळातच मनुष्य शरीरात हे दोन घटक असतात. त्यांची शरीरातील कार्य म्हणजे ऑक्सिजन / ऊर्जा साठवणं (लोखंड) आणि हाडांना आधार देणं (सिलिकॉन). ह्याचंच प्रतिबिंब शरीराबाहेरील कार्यातही तसंच असणार. विज्ञान आणि ज्योतिषीय मुद्दे यांची सांगड घातली तर किती सहज याचं उत्तर मिळेल पहा. युद्धाच्या वेळी आवश्यक गोष्टींची (लोखंडाचं कार्य) योग्य साठवण करून गरजेच्या वेळी त्या कशा पुरवायच्या आणि सैन्याला आधार (सिलिकॉनचं कार्य) कसा द्यायचा याचं नियोजन त्या मुख्यालयात करत असत. म्हणजे वैज्ञानिक भाषेनुसार रक्तातील योग्य प्रमाणातील लोखंड, सिलिकॉन या घटकांनी त्यांना हे कसब दिलं असं म्हणायच्या ऐवजी ज्योतिष शास्त्रात बुध ग्रहानं त्यांना हे कसब दिलं असं म्हटलं जाईल. तसंच ह्या किरणांमुळे मेंदूत विचार करताना घाई होऊ नये म्हणून विशिष्ट संप्रेरकांचं स्रवणं थांबावं याचे संकेत मिळत असावेत. यामुळेच शांतपणे विचार करून कठीण वेळी पट्कन निर्णय घेतानाही तो योग्य असेल याचे विचार मेंदू करत राहत असावा. म्हणून बुध हा नियोजन असणारी क्षेत्रं उदा: वकिली, वैद्यकीय, हिशोब अशा ठिकाणी भूमिका बजावतो. कारगिल युद्धाच्या वेळी गीताजींची बुध महादशा आणि शनि अंतर्दशा चालू होती. शनि ग्रहावर जास्त प्रमाणात हायड्रोजन वायू असतो आणि अल्प प्रमाणात हिलियम वायू असतो. हायड्रोजन मानवी शरीरात चयापचय क्रियेत करतो आणि अणू रूपात असेल तर सूज कमी करण्यास व ऊर्जा तयार करण्यातील अडचणी दूर करण्यास मदत करतो. रंजक माहिती अशी की हिलियम वायू आपला प्राणवायू ऑक्सिजन हटवतो ज्यामुळे मृत्यू होऊ शकतो. आता या रासायनिक घटनांचं प्रतिबिंब ज्योतिष शास्त्रीय दृष्ट्या आयुष्यात कसं पडतं ते पाहू.
कुंडलीतील तृतीय स्थान हे पराक्रमाचं स्थान आहे. या कुंडलीत शनि तृतीयेश असल्यानं शनिच्या अंतर्दशेत त्यांना एका मोठ्या मोहिमेत देशसेवा करण्याची संधी मिळाली. या बिंदूवर असलेल्या शनिमुळे त्या स्वतःची पर्वा न करता अखंड कार्य (ऊर्जा निर्मिती सहाय्य हायड्रोजन) करत होत्या. आणखी एक मुद्दा म्हणजे वैद्यकीय शास्त्रानुसार आपला प्राणवायू म्हणजे ऑक्सिजन कितीही आवश्यक असला तरी शुद्ध स्वरूपातील आणि अति प्रमाणातील प्राणवायू मज्जा संस्थेसाठी घातक ठरतो. अशा अतिरिक्त ऑक्सिजनमुळे मेंदूचं संतुलन बिघडू शकतं, शारीरिक त्रास होतात, रक्त वाहिन्या बारीक होऊन मेंदूचा ऑक्सिजन पुरवठा कमी होतो व मानसिक दुर्बलता येऊ शकते. असो, हिलियम वायू ऑक्सिजन हटवत असला तरी शनि किरणांत तो अल्प प्रमाणात असतो. आता सैन्य दलातील व्यक्ती अनेकदा बर्फाळ प्रदेशात, उंच ठिकाणी असतात जिथं ऑक्सिजन शुद्ध स्वरूपात असतो आणि हवेचा दाब कमी असतो. अशा वेळी ऑक्सिजन मात्रा शरीरात प्रमाणाबाहेर वाढून चालणार नाही. त्यावेळी अप्रत्यक्षरीत्या ऑक्सिजनचा स्तर हिलियममुळे जर मर्यादित राहत असेल तर ते मेंदूसाठी चांगलंच असेल. याचा परिणाम म्हणजे अशा कठीण प्रसंगी सुद्धा किचकट / कठीण काम यशस्वी होण्यासाठी मेंदू सक्रिय राहतो, अति ऊर्जेमुळे अतिउत्साह न येता संयम राहतो. या कुंडलीत शनिची तिसरी दृष्टी कर्म स्थानावर आहे. म्हणजे या युद्ध प्रसंगाचा विचार करता कठीण कार्य करताना हायड्रोजनमुळे योग्य ऊर्जा होती आणि थकवा नव्हता, तर हिलियममुळे प्राणवायू योग्य स्तरावर राहून त्यांची मानसिक स्थिती उत्तम असून त्या संयमाने योग्य निर्णय घेत होत्या. ह्यालाच ज्योतिष शास्त्रीय भाषेत शनि ग्रहानं त्यांना हे यश आणि स्थिर बुद्धी दिली असं म्हणता येईल.
आता ज्या मंगळाने शस्त्रांची आवड देताना वरील कुंडलीत देशसेवा करण्याची संधी दिली तोच मंगळ ही आवड देताना त्याची परिणीती वाईट सुद्धा असू शकते याचं उदाहरण पाहू. पुढील कुंडली मुंबई मधील एका मोठ्या टोळी मधील कुख्यात गुंडाची आहे. या कुंडलीत मंगळ धन स्थानी असला तरी भावचलित (सूक्ष्म) कुंडलीनुसार तो प्रथम स्थानी येत आहे. मंगळाच्या किरणांमुळे त्याच्यात आक्रमकता, खून / गुंडगिरी करण्याची आवड तयार झाली. माझ्या मते ही किरणं मेंदूबरोबरच, काही ग्रंथी व संप्रेरकं यांच्यावर परिणाम करतात. कारण मंगळ ग्रहावर माती, कार्बन डाय ऑक्साइडचं प्रमाण खूप जास्त आहे. त्यामुळे तिथून आलेल्या किरणांमुळे हे असंतुलन होत असावं. आपण अशुद्ध हवेत फार काळ राहिलो (कमी ऑक्सिजन, मातीचे कण असणारी हवा) तर इतर परिणामांसोबत मानसिक असंतुलन होतं. वैद्यकीय दृष्टिकोनातून असं सिद्ध झालं आहे कि बराच काळ कार्बन डाय ऑक्साइड श्वसन मार्गानं शरीरात गेला तर चिंता, उत्तेजक वर्तन आणि त्यातून आक्रमकता येऊ शकते. तसंच माती / धूलिकण यातून येणारी अशुद्ध हवा सतत नाकावाटे शरीरात गेली तर मेंदूला ऑक्सिजनचा कमी पुरवठा झाल्यानं उत्तेजकता येते, निर्णय घेताना गोंधळ होतो. आता ह्याचं प्रतिबिंब ज्योतिष शास्त्रीय दृष्ट्या कुंडलीत कसं दिसतंय ते पाहू. मंगळ ग्रहाच्या किरणांत दोन्ही घटक आहेत हे उघड आहे. या कुंडलीत सूक्ष्म भावाचा विचार केल्यास मंगळ लग्नी येत आहे. म्हणजे व्यक्तिमत्व, स्वभाव, आवड या सर्वांवर सगळ्यात जास्त मंगळाचा प्रभाव असेल. आता मंगळाची आणखी एक रंजक माहिती अशी की कमी उत्कलन बिंदू असणारे घटक या ग्रहावर पृथीच्या तुलनेत जास्त असतात उदा: सल्फर, क्लोरीन व फॉस्फोरस. सोप्या भाषेत सांगायचं तर हे घटक कमी तापमानावर उकळतात. तर्क लावला तर मानवी आयुष्यात ह्याचं प्रतिबिंब म्हणजे लवकर राग येणं, आक्रमकता, दुसऱ्यावर अकारण हल्ला / हत्या करणं. माझ्या अभ्यासानुसार या घटकांच्या प्रभावामुळे शस्त्र वापरताना सारासार विचार केला जात नाही. म्हणून हा मुद्दा मी आधीच्या कुंडलीत लिहिला नव्हता कारण तिथे सारासार विचार होता. वैद्यकीय दृष्ट्या ह्या तिन्ही घटकांचं असंतुलन झालं तर मुख्य परिणाम म्हणजे मानसिक असंतुलन आणि (पुन्हा) आक्रमकता. हाच मुद्दा ज्योतिष शास्त्रीय दृष्ट्या सांगायचं तर लग्न बिंदूवर असलेल्या मंगळानं ह्या व्यक्तीला अति आक्रमक बनवलं आणि त्याच अनुषंगाने चुकीच्या क्षेत्रात नेलं. त्यामुळं हा सैन्य / वैद्यकीय अशा क्षेत्रात न जाता गुंड बनला.
मंगळाच्या किरणांमुळे कोवळ्या वयात आक्रमकता (कमी उत्कलन बिंदू असलेले घटक) आल्यानं या गुंडाला उत्तेजक विचारसरणीमुळं रक्तपात, गुंडगिरी यात भूषण वाटत होतं. शस्त्र चांगल्या कार्यासाठी वापरता येतं हे त्याच्या खिजगणतीत देखील नव्हतं. वैचारिक गोंधळ आणि विवेकबुद्धीची उणीव (माती / कमी ऑक्सिजनचा प्रभाव) यामुळं तो चुकीच्या दिशेनं विचार करून त्यालाच शौर्य समजायला लागला. म्हणजे वैद्यकीय भाषेतील अशुद्ध हवा आणि त्याचे मानसिक परिणाम ह्यालाच ज्योतिषीय भाषेत मंगळाची फळं असं म्हणता येईल.
ह्या मंगळानं त्याला धन स्थानाचंही फळ दिलं. कारण त्याला पैसे याच क्षेत्रात मिळाले. या बिंदूवर मंगळ असल्यानं अर्थार्जन करण्याचा मार्ग निवडताना त्याच्या मेंदूनं ह्याच क्षेत्राची निवड केली. यात मगाशी नमूद केलेले मंगळ किरणांतले कमी उत्कलन बिंदू असलेले घटक आणि कार्बन डाय ऑक्साईड या दोन्हीचे परिणाम दिसतात.
जेव्हा याची हत्या झाली तेव्हा त्याची चंद्र महादशा आणि शनि अंतर्दशा सुरु होती. या दोन्ही ग्रहांचा वरवर पाहता मृत्यू स्थानाशी संबंध येत नसला तरी खोलात जाऊन विचार केला तर ह्याचं उत्तर मिळेल. हत्येच्या दिवशी चलित गुरु त्याच्या अष्टम स्थानावरून तर चलित शनि त्याच्या धन स्थानावरून भ्रमण करत होता. चलित शनिची त्याच्या मृत्यू स्थानावर पूर्ण दृष्टी होती. असं म्हणतात कि गुरु ज्या स्थानी असतो त्याचा नाश करतो आणि शनि ज्या स्थानावर दृष्टी टाकतो त्याचा नाश करतो. माझ्या अभ्यासानुसार याचं वैज्ञानिक कारण असं की शनिचं चुंबकीय क्षेत्र गुरु पेक्षा खूप जास्त ताकदीचं आहे. उलटपक्षी गुरु ग्रहावर जड धातू उदा: लोखंड, दगडी भाग इ. यांचं प्रमाण आकाराच्या तुलनेत शनि पेक्षा जास्त आहे. त्यामुळे हे दोन्ही ग्रह महाकाय वायूचे गोळे असले तरी गुरु जास्त 'घन' आहे असं म्हणता येईल. यामुळे गुरूच्या किरणांचे अशुभ परिणाम कुंडलीत जिथं तो आहे त्या बिंदूवर जास्त होतात. शनिच्या किरणांचे अशुभ परिणाम कुंडलीतील बिंदूच्या समोरील बिंदूवर जास्त होतात. शनि गुरूपेक्षा जास्त वायू तत्वाचा ग्रह आहे म्हणूनही हे होत असावं असं माझं मत आहे. साध्या भाषेत सांगायचं तर पेटत्या उदबत्तीचा सुगंध अगदी नाकाजवळ ठेवली तर कमी येतो पण थोड्या अंतरावर ठेवली तर जास्त येतो कारण तो वायूने पसरतो. उदबत्तीच्या पृष्ठभागावर त्याचा पूर्णपणे सुगंध येत नाही. कारण त्यातील रसायनं जळून सुगंध येईपर्यंत तो धूर थोडा दूर जातो. अगदी असंच शनिच्या किरणांचं होतं. वरील कारणांमुळे महादशा किंवा अष्टमेश यापेक्षा चलित ग्रह या गुंडाच्या मृत्यूला कारण ठरले. मूळ अष्टमेश इतका वाईट नसतानाही पन्नाशीच्या आतच त्याचा अपमृत्यु झाला. कारण तो त्यानं त्याच्या कर्माने ओढवून घेतला होता, विधिलिखित नव्हता. कर्म स्थानाचा स्वामी शनि आणि अशुभ गुरु मुळे अष्टम स्थान पूर्णपणे सक्रिय झालं. काळही आला आणि वेळही. त्यामुळे थोडा शुभ असलेला अष्टमेशही काही करू शकला नाही. आणि त्याच्या नशिबात असलेला महामृत्यू जो खूप नंतर होता तेव्हढं आयुष्य तो जगू शकला नाही.
मंगळामुळे एका व्यक्तीनं शस्त्र वाईट पद्धतीनं कसं हाती घेतलं हे आपण पाहिलं. आता हाच मंगळ शुभ असेल तर शस्त्र चांगल्या कारणासाठी कसं हाती सोपवतो ते पाहू. ही कुंडली एका प्रसूती तज्ज्ञाची आहे (gynecologist).
आता शिक्षणाचा विचार करता पंचम स्थान प्रथम विचारात घेऊ. ह्या कुंडलीत पंचम स्थानी मेष रास आहे, ज्याचा स्वामी मंगळ आहे जो शस्त्र, रक्त अशा गोष्टींचा स्वामी आहे. वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोनातून पंचम बिंदूवर असणाऱ्या ग्रहाच्या किरणांचा परिणाम सर्वात जास्त मेंदूच्या अशा भागावर होतो (prefrontal cortex) जिथून शिक्षणाचा कल, बुद्धिमत्ता अशा गोष्टींचे संकेत तयार होतात. मगाशी नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे मंगळ ग्रहावर खूप जास्त कार्बन डाय ऑक्साईड वायू असतो. हा वायू प्रमाणाबाहेर असताना घातक असला तरी शरीरासाठी आवश्यक असतो. हा वायू शरीरातील रक्तपेशींमधून (haemoglobin) ऑक्सिजन पसरवण्यास मदत करतो, शरीराचे आम्ल (pH) सांभाळतो आणि मुख्य म्हणजे मेंदूच्या रक्तपुरवठा करणाऱ्या वाहिन्या आकुंचन न होता विस्तारित राहतील यासाठी काम करतो. ऊर्जा पसरवण्यात या वायूचा मोठा वाटा असतो. मेंदूमध्ये या सर्व गोष्टी योग्य स्तरावर असतील तर मुख्य संदेश वाहक असणारं डोपामाईन सक्रियपणे कार्य करतं. माझ्या मते त्यावर मंगळाच्या ह्या वातावरणातून आलेल्या किरणांमुळं शस्त्र / धातू याची आवड निर्माण होते. हा मंगळ दशम स्थानी शुभ असल्यानं ह्यांनी चुकीचा मार्ग निवडला नाही. दशम स्थानात मंगळ बुधाच्या राशीत असल्यानं आक्रमक क्षेत्र (सैन्य दल) न निवडता त्यांनी योजनाबद्ध क्षेत्र (वैद्यकीय) निवडलं. (बुध ग्रहाच्या किरणांचे परिणाम पहिल्या कुंडलीत दिले आहेत).
आता मेंदूला असे संकेत मिळाले तरीही प्रत्यक्ष आयुष्यात हे अमलात आणता येईल का? यासाठी कुंडलीतील दशम स्थानाचा (कर्म) विचार करावा लागेल. म्हणजे एखादी व्यक्ती वैद्य / डॉक्टर झाली तरी ती त्याच क्षेत्रात आयुष्यभर कार्यरत राहील कि नाही हे या स्थानावरून ठरतं. दशम स्थान म्हणजे जन्माच्या वेळी हा बिंदू अशा ठिकाणी असतो की यासंबंधी ग्रहांची किरणं ही मनुष्यावर मुख्यतः कर्म काय असेल ह्यावर परिणाम करतात. या बिंदूवर अनेक ग्रहांचा परिणाम असेल तर बलाबल पाहता शिक्षणाशी संबंधित ग्रह हे दशम स्थानाशी संबंधित ग्रहांपेक्षा कमी असतील तर शिक्षण एका क्षेत्रात असलेली लोकं दुसऱ्याच क्षेत्रात कार्य करून नाव मिळवतात, जे आपण अनेकदा पाहतो. असो, या कुंडलीत मंगळ दशम स्थानी असल्यानं त्यांचं कार्य तेच राहिलं ज्याचं शिक्षण त्यांनी घेतलं. शिवाय या स्थानाचा स्वामी बुध तिथंच असल्यानं योजनाबद्ध कार्य त्यांनी आयुष्यभर केलं. वैद्यकीय क्षेत्र आणि शस्त्रक्रिया यासाठी योजना आवश्यक असतेच. पण बुध एकटा प्रभावी नव्हता ते त्याबरोबर मंगळ असल्यानं त्यांनी बुधाच्या अमलाखाली येणाऱ्या इतर क्षेत्रात काम केलं नाही.
आता ही व्यक्ती प्रसूती तज्ज्ञच का झाली? यासाठी शुक्र ग्रहाचा विचार करावा लागेल. भाग्येश रवि बरोबर असणारा शुक्र मघा या रविच्याच नक्षत्रात आहे. ग्रहांचं बलाबल पाहता उच्च शिक्षण (९ भाग्य स्थान) या संबंधी ग्रहांमध्ये शुक्र हा रवि, बुध यापेक्षा जास्त महत्वाचा ठरत आहे. म्हणजे या बिंदूवर सर्वात जास्त प्रभाव शुक्राचा आहे. म्हणून या व्यक्तीनं मूळ वैद्यकीय शिक्षण केल्यावर शुक्राच्या अंमलाखाली येणाऱ्या क्षेत्रात जायचं ठरवलं. शुक्राच्या प्रभावाखाली ओटीपोट,जननांग, कला, क्रीडा, सौन्दर्य, विलासी गोष्टी (अत्तर, सुगंधी गोष्टी, मद्य, व्यसन) इ. येतात. याच्या वैज्ञानिक बाजूचा विचार करता शुक्र ग्रहावर कार्बन डाय ऑक्साइड भरपूर असला तरी नायट्रोजन आणि अजून काही महत्वाचे वायू (noble gases) चं प्रमाण जास्त आहे. आणि वरून थोडा थंड वाटणारा हा ग्रह गाभ्यामध्ये खूप गरम आहे कारण या ग्रहावर उष्णता वाहण्याची प्रक्रिया तुरळक प्रमाणात होते. माझ्या मते या विशिष्ट वायू आणि उष्णता वाहक वातावरण नसल्याने ह्या ग्रहाची किरणं मेंदूतील विलासी इच्छा किंवा त्यासंबंधीचे अवयव याबद्दल उत्सुकता देते. म्हणून अशा किरणांमुळे या व्यक्तीनं प्रसूती तज्ज्ञ होण्याचा निर्णय घेतला असावा.
आता अजून एक कुंडली पाहू.
शुक्र सौन्दर्य, कला देतो हे मी मगाशी नमूद केलं. शुक्रामुळे हे दोन गुण जन्मतःच मिळून व्यक्ती प्रसिद्धीच्या शिखरावर कशी जाते ते पाहू. भारतीय चित्रपट सृष्टीतील आरस्पानी सौन्दर्य म्हणजेच आपली सर्वांची लाडकी अभिनेत्री मधुबाला.
प्रथम या स्वप्नसुंदरीला इतकं कमी आयुष्य का मिळालं याचा कुंडलीवरून विचार करू. यांच्या कुंडलीत आरोग्य स्थानाचा स्वामी चंद्र मृत्यू स्थानी आहे. इथेच आयुर्मान कमी झाल्याचं दिसतं. कारण ६व्या स्थानाचा (आरोग्य) स्वामी चंद्र इथं कमकुवत आहे आणि तो मृत्यू स्थानात असल्याने मृत्यूचं कारण अनारोग्य असण्याची दाट शक्यता दिसते. याचं वैज्ञानिक कारण काय ते पाहू. चंद्र पृथ्वीपासून बनला असला तरी त्यावरचं वातावरण वेगळं आहे. माझ्या मते चंद्रावरील अनेक घटकांपैकी रेडॉन आणि पोलोनियम या दोन घटकांमुळे चंद्र किरणांमध्ये मनुष्याच्या आरोग्यावर परिणाम करणारे रासायनिक बदल होतात. आणि ज्यांच्या कुंडलीत ६व्या स्थानी कमकुवत स्थिती असते त्यांच्या शरीरात जन्मतः किंवा नंतर मोठे रोग झालेले आढळतात. रेडॉन व पोलोनियम हे दोन्हीही मनुष्यासाठी अत्यंत विषारी असतात. ते करणोत्सारी असून पेशी, जनुकं यांच्यावर हल्ला करून त्यांना नष्ट करतात. त्यामुळे या घटकांच्या वातावरणातून आलेली किरणं आरोग्यासाठी त्रासदायक असणार हे उघड आहे. मधुबालाजींचा विचार करायचा तर त्या हृदय रोगाने त्रस्त होत्या. म्हणजे ह्या किरणांच्या रासायनिक गुणांमुळे त्या गर्भावस्थेत असताना त्यांचं हृदय पूर्ण विकसित झालं नाही. त्यांची जनुकं अशा पद्धतीनं तयार झाली कि हृदय पूर्ण कार्य करणार नाही. कारण काही महत्वाच्या पेशी गर्भात असतानाच नष्ट झाल्या. आणि त्याचंच प्रतिबिंब म्हणजे त्यांच्या कुंडलीत चंद्र ६ व्या बिंदूचा स्वामी होऊन मृत्यू स्थानात म्हणजे आठव्या बिंदूवर होता. त्यांच्या कुंडलीत इतरही कुयोग होते उदा: कालसर्प दोष पण या लेखात मला इतकं सखोल विवेचन करणं शक्य नाही.
असो, शुक्रानं त्यांना सौन्दर्य, कला सर्व काही भरभरून दिलं. इतकंच नाही तर त्यांना 'भारतीय चित्रपट सृष्टीचा शुक्रतारा' म्हटलं जायचं. त्यांना रुपेरी पडद्यावर पहिलं काम वयाच्या नवव्या वर्षी मिळालं. त्यावेळी त्यांच्या कुंडलीत मंगळ महादशा आणि बुध अंतर्दशा चालू होती. मंगळ त्यांच्या कर्म स्थानाचा स्वामी आहे. तरीही कुंडलीत ग्रहांचं बलाबल पाहता श्रेष्ठ ठरलेला शुक्र त्यांना रुपेरी पडद्याकडे घेऊन आला. खरं तर सप्तम स्थानी मंगळ व लग्नी शनिच्या राशीत असणारा बुध पाहता त्या संशोधक किंवा फौजदारी वकील व्हायला हव्या होत्या. कारण मंगळामुळे रक्त, शस्त्र आणि बुधामुळे वैद्यकीय शाखा किंवा वकिली यांच्याशी संबंध यायला हवा होता. शनि मुळे किचकट कामं म्हणजे संशोधन सारख्या क्षेत्रात त्या असायला हव्या होत्या. पण उत्तम शुक्रामुळं असलेली कलेची आवड, कौटुंबिक पार्श्वभूमी, कुटुंबाची खालावलेली आर्थिक स्थिती पाहता हे शक्य झालं नाही. आता वाचकांच्या लक्षात येईल कि सुरुवातीलाच रवि ग्रहाचं उदाहरण देताना मी '
पण केवळ पंचमात रवि आहे म्हणजे ती व्यक्ती या क्षेत्रात शिक्षण घेईलच असं नाही' असं का लिहिलं होतं. वैज्ञानिक दृष्ट्या विचार करता या कुंडलीत मंगळ किंवा बुधाच्या किरणांपेक्षा शुक्राची किरणं प्रभावी ठरली. खगोलशास्त्रानुसार शुक्र ग्रहावर सर्वात जास्त कार्बन डाय ऑक्साईड असला तरी वेगवेगळ्या रूपात सल्फर असतो. मनुष्यासाठी सल्फर योग्य प्रमाणात आवश्यक असलेला घटक आहेच पण मेंदूच्या नसांचं संरक्षण करणं आणि त्यांना सूज न येऊ देणं अशी महत्वाची कार्य हा घटक करतो. आता निरनिराळ्या रूपातल्या सल्फरशी रासायनिक प्रक्रिया करून आलेली किरणं त्यांना अशा क्षेत्राकडे घेऊन आली जिथं प्रसिद्धी, वलय असा झगमगाट असतो. ज्यामुळं मेंदू ताण विरहित राहण्याची शक्यता जास्त असते (सल्फर). यामुळं त्यांची विचार पद्धती अशी झाली की हे क्षेत्रच त्यांची आवड बनलं. ज्याला ज्योतिषीय भाषेत शुक्रामुळे त्यांना कलेची आवड निर्माण झाली असं म्हणता येईल. मधुबालाजींच्या कुंडलीतील शुक्र १२ व्या बिंदूवर असल्यानं सल्फरचे परिणाम जास्त दिसले. आणि त्यांच्या मेंदूचा कार्य निवडणारा भाग प्रभावाखाली आला ज्यानं शनि तिथंच असूनही संशोधन, वकिली अशी क्षेत्र आवड म्हणून विचारात घेतली नाहीत. उलटपक्षी वरील (प्रसूती तज्ञ) कुंडलीत शुक्र नवव्या बिंदूवर असल्यानं सल्फरचा प्रभाव कमी झाला आणि मगाशी नमूद केलेले परिणाम जास्त असल्यानं त्यांना प्रसूती तज्ज्ञ व्हावंसं वाटलं.
चित्रपट क्षेत्र निवडण्यामागे आणखी एक कारण असावं असं माझं वैयक्तिक मत आहे. मधुबालाजींच्या कुंडलीत कालसर्प दोष आहे. मंगळ आणि बुध अनुक्रमे केतू आणि राहू युक्त आहेत. म्हणजे हे दोन्ही ग्रह (मंगळ व बुध) अशा बिंदूंवर आहेत जिथे ज्यांच्या किरणांतील रासायनिक गुण म्हणावे तसे प्रभावी ठरले नाहीत. या छायेपासून शुक्र थोडा दूर असून तो शनि युक्त आहे. शुक्र शानिच्याच राशीत असून भाग्य स्थानाचा स्वामी आहे. म्हणजे शनि ग्रहावरील वेगवेगळ्या रासायनिक रूपातील हैड्रोजन आणि मोठी चुंबकीय शक्ती यामुळे मंगळ (आधीची माहिती पहा) व बुध ग्रहावरील रासायनिक किरणं प्रभाव पाडू शकली नाहीत. बुध ग्रहावर इतर कोणत्याही ग्रहापेक्षा जास्त लोखंड आहे शिवाय इथल्या कमाल आणि किमान तापमानात प्रचंड तफावत असते. याउलट शनिच्या रासायनिक किरणांच्या छायेत शुक्राची किरणं स्वतःचा प्रभाव जास्त दाखवू शकली. भाग्य स्थानाचा स्वामी असलेला शुक्र मोक्ष स्थानी असला तरी शनिच्या चुंबकीय शक्तीमुळे शुक्राच्या किरणांतील विशिष्ट वायू सक्रिय झाले. आणि शुक्रानं त्यांना या क्षेत्रात विचारणा झाल्यावर होकार देण्याची बुद्धी आणि यश दिलं. म्हणजे पाया शनिचा होता आणि कळस शुक्राचा. हाच शुक्र शनि युक्त नसता तर त्या इतकं यश मिळवू शकल्या नसत्या.
वरील सर्व कुंडल्या पाहून वाचकांच्या लक्षात आलं असेल कि ग्रहांची किरणं आपल्यावर विशिष्ट स्थितीत असताना विशिष्ट परिणाम करतात. त्यांच्या रासायनिक गुणांमुळे आपण काही पद्धतीनं विचार करायला लागतो. आता ह्याला अंधश्रद्धा म्हणणाऱ्यांसाठी मी या रासायनिक किरणांच्या आपल्यावरील प्रभावाचं वैज्ञानिक कारण सांगू इच्छिते. सध्याच्या वैद्यकीय दृष्टीनं बोलायचं तर साधं उदाहरण देते. व्हिटॅमिन बी १२ याची खूप काळ शरीरात कमतरता झाली तर मनोविकृती होते. सोडियम, पोटॅशिअम घटकांची कमतरता झाली तर मानसिक संतुलन बिघडून व्यक्ती असंबद्ध बोलते. ह्याच अनुषंगानं विचार करा की सर्व ग्रहांवरील वेगवेगळ्या वायू, धातू, तापमान यातून रासायनिक गुण घेऊन येणारी किरणं सतत आपल्यावर पडत असतील तर ती शारीरिक वा मानसिक बदल करणारच आहेत. फक्त ह्या तथ्याची मांडणी सध्याच्या 'वैद्यकीय' पद्धतीनं नसल्यानं ह्या शास्त्राला विज्ञानाचं तथाकथित प्रमाणपत्रच न देणं कितपत योग्य आहे? खरं तर जनुकीय मांडणी पर्यंत सूक्ष्म विचार करणारं हे शास्त्र आहे. यात केवळ रोग होणं हा दृश्य भाग नसून मनुष्यानं घेतलेले निर्णय, मनुष्य स्वभाव, समयांकन असेही भाग आहेत. जर एखादं रसायन / घटक कमतरतेमुळे किंवा अति प्रमाणामुळे एखादा अवयव निकामी करू शकतो तर तसंच ग्रह करणांमधलं रसायन / घटक मेंदूतील विशिष्ट भागावर परिणाम करून एखाद्या क्षणी विशिष्ट निर्णय घेण्याचे संकेत मेंदूला देणारच ना? जिथून आपण विचार करतो तो मेंदूचा भाग (कुंडलीनुसार) विशिष्ट ग्रह किरणांमुळे सर्वात जास्त प्रभावित होतो, इतकं सोपं असताना केवळ तो दृश्य रोग नाही किंवा सध्याच्या परिमाणातल्या वैद्यकीय चाचणीत तो बसत नाही म्हणून तो मुद्दा चुकीचा आहे असं म्हणणं योग्य वाटत नाही. मुळात मनुष्य शरीर, मेंदू, मन कसं कार्य करतं याची फार कमी माहिती आजच्या विज्ञानाला आहे. आजच्या विज्ञानाच्या चौकटीत न बसणारी कोणतीही गोष्ट अवैज्ञानिक होत नाही. उलट अशा शास्त्रांना सामावून घेतलं तर मनुष्य शरीराचा आणखी अभ्यास होऊन अधिक प्रभावी उपचार पद्धती येऊ शकेल. ह्या शास्त्राला अमान्य करण्यापेक्षा 'दृश्य' परिमाण देता येत नाही हा आपला कमकुवत पणा आहे हा विचार केल्यास विज्ञानाच्या परिभाषेतही खूप चांगले बदल होतील.
असो, पूर्ण कुंडली विवेचन म्हणजे खूप सखोल अभ्यास असतो. मी वाचकांसाठी थोडक्यात कुंडलीचे ठराविक मुद्दे मांडले आहेत. संपूर्ण कुंडलीचं विवेचन म्हणजे किती सूक्ष्म गणित असेल याचा अंदाज सर्वांना आला असेल. माझ्या परीनं मी ह्या शास्त्राला वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोन कसा आहे हे सिद्ध करायचा प्रयत्न केला आहे. ह्यातील वैज्ञानिक मुद्दे मी स्वतः संशोधन करून शोधले असल्यानं त्याची संपूर्ण जबाबदारी मी घेते. कालानुरूप त्यात आणखी माहिती मिळाल्यावर बदल होतीलही. मी परिपूर्ण मुद्दे मांडले आहेत असं माझं मत अजिबात नाही. किंबहुना विज्ञान शाखेच्या व्यक्तींनी ज्योतिष शास्त्राचा मोकळा मनानं अभ्यास करून हा वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोन आणखी प्रगत करावा ही माझी इच्छा आहे.

In my previous article I tried to explain how kundli prediction is scientific. Now let's explore how to predict personal readings on the basis of planetary conditions. One thing I would like to mention in the beginning is that I am not going to elaborate on the mathematical part in astrology here. As this information is easily available in books and the internet. In this article I want to unfold how astrological terms work scientifically. In this article the astrological points are from the standard texts and the scientific analysis of these is purely based on my astrology research of so many years (I come from a science background).
First, let's understand a few basic concepts which can help to comprehend how the kundli prediction works. Kundli prediction is mainly based on two parameters: planets and houses (sthana). Of Course numerous minute factors are taken into account while predicting but the major part is based on these two, at least to begin with.
The interpretation of the planetary conditions in the kundli stems from the personal life of the individual. This includes the individual's family background, gender, age, health, incidences occurred and all such details of life. For example, the 5th house of the kundli is the house of education. Sun placed in this house usually gives computers related education. But only Sun placed in the 5th house doesn't mean that the individual will have his education in computers. To draw any conclusion, corresponding factors from the individual's life like important incidents, major changes, financial ability, current planetary position at the time of decision and many such factors are considered. Single planet or nakshatra can decide zilch. Nonetheless, positions of all planets, houses and other minute calculations are required to predict the kundli. Also the kundli for men and women is not structurally different, but the interpretation can be derived on the basis of the life details.
Well, why are there precisely 12 houses in the kundli? In a nutshell the Earth revolves around itself in approximately 24 hours. Considering this rate of revolution the comparative position of the Earth changes every two hours. Consequently after every two hours Earth's distance and angles from the astrological planets change. Thus 1 part of two hours is taken as a segment. And such 12 segments are known as 12 houses or sthanas of a kundli (I have already published detailed articles on 12 houses). Now what is the scientific meaning of these houses? As the old aphorism goes 'the human core (pinda) contains the universe'. Literally if you see a human cell under a microscope it looks like a small universe. The nucleus represents the Sun and the cellular material working like celestial bodies. Just look at the photograph below to understand this concept.
As the universe is reflected in a single blood cell, everybody's life is reflected in his birth time compactly. In fact a human takes birth at a particular time so that life unfolds in a particular sequence, which we call destiny. Because at the birth time of a baby, every planet is at a particular angle from his birth place. This particular planetary position is methodically arranged within 12 loci which connote the life cycle from birth to salvation. These 12 loci are the 12 houses of the kundli.
Every house in the kundli represents the life events sequentially in such a way that the last house completes the life cycle. First half i.e. first 6 houses are particularly related to the individual as during childhood it is more important to grow and develop. Later half i.e. the next 6 houses are related to the social life of the individual. Just to expound, the 1st house is the house of the individual while the 2nd house is the house of family and finance. If the family support and financial status is sound the person gets confidence and prowess. Thus the 3rd house is the house of courage. Mother's role is undeniably vital during our growth, which allots her the 4th house. It is very obvious longing for this house to be placed priorly. But practically thinking, the results of the earlier 3 houses i.e. birth of one's self, support of family, financial security and self confidence reached due to these help an individual live even without a mother in unlucky situations like mother's demise or separation. This shows the rational view behind the placement of these loci or houses. As I mentioned earlier, the later half of this circle is related to the social life of the individual. Thus the immediate next house, the 7th house, is the house of marriage. As marriage improves one's social relations and one can't think only about his/her own life. After this stage houses like luck, deeds, gains come in sequence where the social relations; without which the houses are incomplete, come into picture. Of all these the most intriguing but reflective house is the 8th house, which is house of death. Why is this house not at the end? will be an obvious query. According to my opinion based on my research, this house comes a bit early in the later half of the cycle as in young age some hasty decisions or rampant behaviour may cause untimely death. But why immediately after the house of marriage? I opine, sometimes unmatching kundlis / personal reasons (caused due to marriage) can result in early or unnatural death. So, as during the rituals of Indian weddings it is said 'shubha mangala savdhan' (beware of a fortunate marriage), this shastra also warns the couple to be careful of the big moment. Furthermore, physical death is the last stage of the human body but not the soul. That's why the last house (12) is the house of spirituality and salvation where the progress of the soul also unfolds. Here the cycle of the current human life ends in a real sense. Note: Aforementioned kundli houses connote much more but to explain my point I have selected a few relevant parts.
Now have a look at some kundlis and try to understand how the planets affect our personal decisions in life.
As I mentioned earlier Mars is the planet which gives us liking in weapons, blood, police / army related fields. To understand this concept we try to study the kundli of a lady army officer. I would like the readers to know that the lady officer is my relative and she happily allowed me to write about her kundli on my blog. I thank her from the bottom of my heart. Now, I will put up my points.
Mrs. Geeta (Lieutenant Colonel)
In this kundli Mars (Retrograde) is situated in the 7th house in a strong position. In the 10th house (deeds) there is Mercury's Virgo sign. Mercury is placed in the ascendant and fully aspected by Mars. Considering the relative strengths of the planets the strongest planet in this kundli is Mars. Mars is the lord of weapons, blood etc. Astronomically Mars is such a cold planet that the water is only present in the form of ice. Whatever water is present on Mars has been covered in dust. This planet has the highest amount of carbon dioxide. Now the rays emitted by such a planet are chemically modified due to these geological factors that speaking in today's terms, a person with such kundli gets liking in weapons (medical instruments), blood, army or police department. In this kundli Mars is also aspecting the 10th (deeds) house. It means the Mars rays almost forced her (psychologically) to join the army. I can make this statement confidently because she joined the Indian army and has no family background for the army whatsoever. Well as Mars is aspecting Mercury; Mercury is also fully aspecting Mars. As a result she served the Indian army in logistics support and planning during war. In 1999 during the Kargil war she was posted at Controlling Headquarters. She was not only working in aforementioned departments but was also involved in active security measures. From a scientific point of view Mercury planet has the highest amount of iron in it's core than any other planet (known). And a major part of the Mercury planet consists of Silicon. According to my study, Mercury rays emitted from the environment filled with iron and silicon probably contributed to her skill of logistics / planning. As these two components are present in the human body. Their role is to store oxygen / energy (iron) and support (silicon) the bones. Their role is reflected in practical life (out of the body) in a similar fashion. If we combine science and astrological views we can easily comprehend the answers. During war she used to control storage of supplies (iron role) and used to support (silicon) the army by distributing them when required. Thus instead of scientifically stating that she got this skill due to ideal iron and silicon values, astrologically we can say she got these skills due to strong Mercury. Also these rays stop the secretion of some hormones to avoid bustle while thinking. Due to this the brain is directed to think calmly even during emergencies to eschew mistakes. Hence Mercury is effective for the fields where planning is required viz; law, medical field, accounting. At the time of Kargil war Lt. Col. Geeta was undergoing Mercury Mahadasha (period) and Saturn Antardasha (subperiod). Saturn majorly contains hydrogen and a very low percentage of helium gas. Hydrogen helps in human metabolism and in molecular form acts as an anti inflammatory agent as well as helps to remove obstacles in creating energy. Interestingly, helium displaces oxygen in the human body which can result in death due to physical complications. Now let's see how these chemical reactions reflect in human life astrologically. The third house in the kundli is the house of courage. In this kundli Saturn is the lord of the third house, so Saturn's subperiod gave her a chance to serve the country on a huge mission. Due to Saturn on this locus she was selflessly and continually (energy creation, hydrogen role) working. Additionally according to medical science, though we can't survive without oxygen, very pure oxygen if inhaled for a long duration can be hazardous to the nervous system. Such excess oxygen can alter brain activity, physically impair the human body, narrow blood vessels (vasoconstriction) to restrict blood supply to the brain and cause emotional stress and confusion. Anyway, though helium displaces oxygen, it is present at a very low percentage in Saturn rays. As we know the army men are many times posted at snow-clad regions, mountains etc where pure oxygen is present along with low atmospheric pressure. At such places excess oxygen in the body can be dangerous. Here if oxygen levels are indirectly maintained by helium, then it will prove beneficial for the brain activity. I think it results in the brain working perfectly in such difficult situations and excess energy production is not induced causing the brain to work patiently. In this kundli Saturn is also aspecting the 10th house. Thus, considering the situation of the war, hydrogen aided creating a proper energy level not to exhaust her body and helium maintained oxygen level which directed her brain to work normally and make decisions patiently. Astrologically I can say Saturn bestowed her with success and patience.
Now in the above kundli, Mars which gives a liking in weapons, favourably gave a chance to serve the country; same planet malefically can give some sinister results. Let's have a look at it. This is the kundli of an infamous gangster from Mumbai (India) working for a well known crime organisation. In this kundli though Mars is situated in the 2nd house in the bhav chalit (detailed) kundli it is placed in the ascendant. The Mars rays framed his mind to become aggressive and he liked bloodshed in a wrong way. My study says these rays affect some glands and hormones along with the brain in the human body. The primary reason must be the abundance of dust and carbon dioxide on Mars. Thus the rays emitted from such a planet may have caused this mental imbalance. Medically speaking if we stay in impure weather (less oxygen, dust) for long, mental disturbance is a main consequence along with physical impairment. It is scientifically proven that if we inhale carbon dioxide (along with oxygen of course) for a longer duration it causes anxiety, agitation and ultimately aggressiveness. Similarly dust particles in air inhaled for long can reduce oxygen supply of the brain causing anxiety and mental confusion. Now let's see how these effects astrologically reflect in kundli. Mars rays have these 2 components and are taken for granted. Taking the detailed calculation into consideration, Mars is placed in the ascendant. It means Mars will be the prominent planet to configure nature, personality and liking of this person. One more interesting fact is Mars has a higher amount of elements with low boiling point like sulphur, chlorine and phosphorus compared to the Earth. If we apply some logic, this can reflect in human life as short temperedness, aggressiveness, unncessarily attacking / killing others. According to my study the effect of these elements can provoke a person to use weapons hastily. This is why I didn't mention this point in the earlier kundli as in that case the use of weapons was thoughtful. From a medical point of view the disproportion of these 3 elements mainly causes mental imbalance and (again) aggressiveness. To express the same point astrologically, I can say that the strong Mars in ascendant (locus) made this person very aggressive and consequently connected him to the underworld. So this person didn't opt for the army / medical line but chose to become a gangster. Due to Mars rays aggressiveness at his tender age resulted in anxiety and he felt proud of hooliganism and bloodshed. Weapons can be used for a decent purpose was never in his wildest dreams. Emotional confusion and lack of conscience (dust / low oxygen effect) changed his psyche and that was heroic for him. This means medical effects of impure air and its psychological consequences are equal to astrological effects of Mars.
This Mars also granted him the effects of 2nd house (money) as he earned from this field only. Mars placed on this locus triggered his brain to choose the wrong field for earning. In this the aforementioned effects of elements in Mars rays i.e. elements with low boiling point and carbon dioxide can be observed.
When this gangster was killed he was undergoing Moon mahadasha (major period) and Saturn antardasha (subperiod). Though apparently these two planets are not related to his 8th house (death), if minutely observed we can get the answer. On the day of his killing Jupiter was transiting his 8th house and Saturn was transiting his 2nd house. This Saturn was fully aspecting his house of death. It is said that Jupiter destroys the house where it is placed and Saturn destroys the house it aspects. According to my study the scientific reason behind it is that Saturn has a much stronger magnetic field than Jupiter. Conversely Jupiter has more percentage of heavy elements like iron, rocks etc compared to Saturn. Ergo Jupiter is more 'solid' based compared to Saturn though these two are massive gas giants. Due to this Jupiter rays affect inauspiciously on the locus where it is situated in the kundli on the contrary Saturn rays affect the opposite locus from where it is placed in the kundli. Additionally I feel this occurs due to Saturn being a more 'airy' or gaseous planet than Jupiter. In simple terms the scent of a lighted incense stick can be sniffed better from a short distance rather than keeping it very close to our nose as the scent spreads through the air. The scent can't be smelled on the incense sticks surface. As after the chemicals in the stick burn, the fumes spread a bit to release the scent. Exactly the same happens with the rays of Saturn. Due to all above reasons, transit planets were responsible for the gangster's death rather than Mahadasha (period) or lord of the eighth house (death). Though the eighth house lord was not so inauspicious this person untimely died even before reaching 50 years. As this was not destined but he brought upon himself by his deeds. The 10th house lord Saturn and inauspicious Jupiter fully activated his 8th house (death). On that day death knocked the door so the time did. Thus even the slightly auspicious 8th house lord couldn't save him. And he couldn't make it to his great death which was destined far later.
We just explored how someone handled weapons with a bad intent due to Mars. Now let's have a look how due to auspicious Mars someone can handle the weapon / instrument with a good intent. The following kundli is of a gynecologist.
Now for education let's consider the 5th house. In this kundli there is Aries sign in the 5th house whose lord is Mars which rules weapons and blood. Scientifically speaking, the rays from the planet on the 5th locus will affect the part of the human brain (prefrontal cortex) which is vital for education and intelligence. As I mentioned earlier, the planet Mars has a very high amount of carbon dioxide. Though higher amounts of this gas is dangerous for the human body, it is very much essential for body function. Mainly carbon dioxide helps to release and spread oxygen from haemoglobin, maintains the pH of blood and importantly acts as a vasodilator for smooth blood flow (to the brain). It also plays a vital role in energy flow. If all these factors are optimum, the main neurotransmitter dopamine works perfectly. I think the rays emitted from the environment of Mars react with this in such a way that the brain gives a liking to weapons / metals. Due to auspicious Mars in the 10th house he didn't choose a wrong path. As this Mars is placed in the sign of Mercury he didn't choose aggressive fields (army) but went for a more organized field (medical). (For effects of Mercury rays, refer first kundli).
Now even if such signals of liking are produced, is it practically possible to implement in life? For this we should consider the 10th house (deeds). This house will decide if a person gets a degree in medicine, will actually continue with the same profession in life or not. This is the locus placed at such a place where the corresponding planet rays effect on the deeds. If many planets affect this locus then considering the relative strengths of the planets if planets related to 5th house are less effective than those of the 10th house; then we see that people with qualification of one faculty work in other fields and even become famous. Well, in this kundli Mars being in the 10th house he worked in the same field where he learned. Also the 10th house lord Mercury is also placed there so he worked in this organized field for his lifetime. Working as a doctor and performing surgeries definitely need good planning. But Mercury was not alone and powerful, it was accompanied by a strong Mars, so he didn't work in fields under Mercury.
Now why this doctor specialized as a gynecologist? We have to consider Venus for this. Venus is placed in conjunction with 9th house lord Sun in the Magha nakshatra whose lord is also the Sun. In the relative strengths for higher education (9th house), Venus is more powerful than Sun and Mercury. It means Venus is affecting this locus the most. Thus this person decided to specialize in the fields under Venus after basic graduation. Venus rules lower abdomen, genital organs, arts, sports, beauty, luxurious items (perfumes, scented items, liquor, addiction) etc. From a scientific point of view though Venus has a higher percentage of carbon dioxide along with nitrogen and noble gases. Also it is cold on its surface but considerably hot in its core due to lower heat flux. My study says the reaction of these rays emitted from an environment filled with noble gases and low heat flux, with the human brain can induce a liking for luxurious items or genital organs (pleasure). This is the reason I feel he became a gynecologist.
Now let's study one more kundli.
As I mentioned earlier Venus is a lord of beauty and art. Let's see how Venus bestowed this person with these qualities and she rose to stardom very quickly. She is none other than the absolute timeless beauty of Indian cinema, Madhubala.
Firstly let's study from her kundli why this classic beauty was so short lived. In her kundli the 6th house (health) lord is in 8th house (death) which is the first sign of short lifespan. Because the Moon is weak here and it is in the house of death which means the reason for her death was illness. What is the scientific reason behind it? Though the Moon is part of the Earth itself the environment on the Moon is very different. I think out of many elements on the Moon the radon and polonium chemically change the Moon rays which can affect human health the most. And mostly the people who have weaker 6th house are born with a congenital defect or they develop a serious illness in future. Radon and polonium both are very toxic to the human body. They are radioactive elements destroying human cells and even attack our DNA. Obviously the rays coming from such an environment are going to be harmful for our health. Madhubala was constrained by a heart disease. It means due to the chemical effect of Moon rays her heart was not formed properly in the womb. Her genes had defects which led to improper formation / working of her heart because some important cells were destroyed in the fetus stage. This indeed reflected in her kundli as Moon as the lord of 6th locus was placed on the 8th locus (death). Anyway she had many inauspicious yogas in her kundli like Kalasarpa dosha but I can't elaborate them here.
Well, Venus generously gifted her with absolute beauty and versatility. In fact she was dubbed as 'Venus of the Indian screen'. Her career in Indian cinema started when she was just nine years old. At that time her kundli shows she had Mars mahadasha (major period) and Mercury antardasha (subperiod). Though Mars is the lord of her 10th house (deeds), relatively much stronger Venus pulled her towards the silver screen (art). Mars in the 7th house and Mercury in the ascendant in Saturn's sign should have worked as a scientist or criminal lawyer. As technically speaking she should have been connected to fields under Mars (blood, weapons) and under Mercury (medicine, law). And due to Saturn she should have been interested in tedious jobs like research (scientist). But this didn't happen as Venus outpowered all other planets giving her a strong attraction for the big screen and of course factors like her family background and deteriorating financial condition of her family were also responsible for this. Now the readers will understand why in the beginning example I said 'only Sun placed in the 5th house doesn't mean that the individual will have his education in computers'. In terms of science, the Venus rays in her kundli proved to be more effective than those of Mars and Mercury. Astronomically speaking though Venus has a very high amount of carbon dioxide, sulphur is present in different forms. Sulphur in appropriate form and level is definitely a vital element for humans, importantly it protects the brain neurons and acts as an anti inflammatory agent for them. Now the rays after chemical reaction with various forms of sulphur brought her in the blazing field of fame and glamour. In this field there are higher chances that the brain will have less strain (sulphur). This effect changed her way of thinking and this field became her liking. Astrologically we can say that Venus gave her the liking for art. In Madhubala's kundli Venus placed on the 12th locus gave more effects of sulphur. On the other hand in the gynecologist's kundli Venus was placed on the 9th locus reducing the effects of sulphur. Due to other effects of the rays aforementioned he decided to become a gynecologist.
In my study I explored one more reason for her choice of this field. Madhubala had a Kalasarpa dosha in her kundli. Mars and Mercury are in conjunction with Ketu and Rahu respectively. I opine these two planets (Mars and Mercury) are placed on such loci that their rays were not effective. But Venus was not shadowed by this and it is in conjunction with Saturn. Here Venus is the lord of the 9th house and placed in Saturn's sign. It means the chemical effects of Mars and Mercury rays (please refer to previous kundlis for details) were suppressed by Saturn's hydrogen in various chemical forms and very high magnetic fields. Mercury planet has the highest percentage of Iron than any other planet, also there is a huge difference between minimum and maximum temperatures. On the other hand Venus rays proved to be more effective in the shadow of Saturn's rays. Though the 9th house lord Venus was placed in the 12th house, the magnetic field of Saturn activated the gases on Venus making it more effective. And when she was asked to work in the films it was Venus which made her agree to it and also made her successful. It means the base was built by Saturn and the pinnacle was set by Venus. If the same Venus were not in conjunction with Saturn I don't think she would have savored the fruits of stardom.
After reading the above kundli explanations now the readers must have realised that planet rays affect us in specific ways at specific planetary positions. Their chemical properties make us think in a particular way. Now for people who call it a superstition I would like to expound the scientific reason behind the effect of these chemical rays upon us. I will give a simple example in today's medical terms. Vitamin B12 deficiency for a long term causes psychosis. Deficiency of Sodium or potassium causes mental imbalance and irrelevant talks. In this context, just think that these rays emitted from different planets heavily laden with various gases, metals, temperatures etc from the planets are definitely going to alter our bodies and minds. Just because this fact can't be proposed in today's 'medical' terminology is it correct that the (so called) scientists are refusing to accept astrology as science? In fact astrology is a deep science studying even upto genetic level. A disease (symptoms) is just a visible part but along with this astrology studies many parameters like nature of a person, decision making, time stamp etc. If a deficiency or overdose of an element can medically impair an organ then the planet rays filled with such chemical elements can definitely affect a specific part of the brain to induce a signal to take a particular decision isn't it? The part of the brain which is active while thinking is affected the most by the particular planet rays (according to kundli). It is such a simple concept but just because it is not a visible symptom or can't fit in today's parameters of medical tests complete denial of this fact seems uncalled for. Literally today's science knows barely anything about how the human body, brain and mind works. So anything that doesn't fit in today's frame of science doesn't become unscientific. On the flip side, if science includes all these faculties it can be possible to study the human body more thoroughly and invent effective medical treatments. Rather than rejecting such sciences, if today's 'science' accepts its incapacity to describe these sciences in 'visible' parameters even the spectrum of it can widen in a good sense.
